​New services rules according heath protocols due to Covid-19

• The check-in will take place from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. This change is mandatory to ensure that the room is cleaned, disinfected, and that natural ventilation of the space is followed , between different customers.

• General cleaning and disinfection of apartments / rooms is carried out only upon arrival and departure of customers.

• During the stay, and if the customer requests it, he will be given towels and bedding, always by appointment.

• If the customer requests the cleaning of his residence (during his staying) it can be done, after consultation and with the responsibility of the customer, meaning that he will be absent from the room for 8 hours, at least.

• Garbage bags will be taken out from the customer to a specific outdoor area.
